This policy explains what personal data KiiP collects, why, and how you can control it. KiiP (kiipkiip.com) is run by PT Kiip Kiip Indonesia, Ruko Toho, Jakarta Utara, Indonesia. We follow Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).
1. Data we collect
- Data you give us: name, phone number, email, shipping address, order details, and messages you send us.
- Account data: login email and order history, if you create an account.
- Automatic data: IP address, device and browser type, pages you visit, and cookie data.
We do not store your card or bank details. Payments are handled by secure payment partners.
2. Why we use your data
- To process, ship and deliver your order
- To handle warranty, returns and customer service
- To send order updates and important notices
- To send promotions and newsletters, only if you agree (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To improve our website and show relevant ads
- To meet legal duties, such as tax and accounting
3. Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart, remember your settings, and measure site traffic and ads. Tools we use include Google (Analytics) and Meta (Pixel). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some site features may not work.

- Courier partners (to deliver your order)

We never sell your personal data. Some partners may store data outside Indonesia. When that happens, we make sure your data stays protected as required by law.

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires (for example, tax records). After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your data is protected with secure systems and limited staff access. If a data breach happens, we will notify you and the authorities within 3 × 24 hours, as required by law.

- Ask us to limit how we use your data
To use any of these rights, contact us below. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within the time set by the PDP Law (generally 3 × 24 hours).
8. Children
Our store is for adults. If you are under 18, please shop with a parent or guardian's consent. If you believe a child sent us data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date at the top.
