As of January 2026, our Privacy Policy has been updated. We invite you to read through our updated privacy practices and contact us directly should you have any inquiries.
About Us
At KIIP, safeguarding your privacy is our top priority. This Privacy Policy has been carefully tailored to prioritize your needs. Our goal is to provide you with complete transparency regarding how your personal information is collected and utilized, ensuring that you always maintain absolute control over any data you entrust to KIIP.
About this privacy policy
This Privacy Policy outlines the methods by which KIIP gathers, utilizes, shares, manages, and safeguards the personal data you provide or that we obtain through our website and services. Whenever we request specific details that could identify you while interacting with our platform, rest assured that such data will be handled exclusively in alignment with this Privacy Policy and our overarching terms and conditions. Within the context of this document, "personal information" refers to any data capable of identifying an individual, whether directly or indirectly. This applies to the information on its own or when combined with other details accessible to KIIP, unless specific regional laws dictate otherwise. We remain fully committed to handling your personal information strictly within the boundaries set forth in this Privacy Policy.
1. What information is collected by us and how do we use it
1.1 Information We Collect
To deliver our services, KIIP may ask you to provide personal information required for those services. We collect only the data necessary for specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, and we will not process it in ways that conflict with those purposes. Providing your information is always your choice; however, in many cases, declining to share requested data may prevent us from delivering our services or responding to your inquiries.
1.1.1 Information You Provide Directly
We may collect personal information you voluntarily submit when using our services. For instance, you may share your KIIP Account details when signing in; your email address when subscribing to news or updates; or your name, phone number, shipping address, postal code, order details, and billing information when making purchases through our retail services.
1.1.2 Information Collected Automatically
Each time you visit KIIP, certain information is gathered automatically from your device, including details of your browsing and purchasing activity. In some regions, such as the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, this data may qualify as personal information under applicable data protection laws. This may include your IP address, device type, unique device identifiers, browser type, general location (such as country or city), browsing behavior, and how you interact with KIIP and the products and services offered. We also collect visitor analytics such as browser software, operating system, hardware and software attributes, pages viewed, session counts, and unique visitor numbers. Some of this data is gathered through cookies and similar tracking technologies, as described in the COOKIES section below. Where required by law, we will obtain your consent before using such technologies. We may also draw inferences about you based on your activity and other information we hold.
1.1.3 Information Received From Third Parties
We may receive your personal information from third parties, including our affiliated companies, business partners, your authorized representatives, and publicly available sources. If you register a KIIP account through a social media platform, the information we receive depends on your privacy settings with that platform, but typically includes basic public profile data such as: your social media username or nickname, profile picture, name, email address, linked social accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube), country, and payment information such as credit card numbers or equivalent payment/transaction accounts used for purchases.
1.2 How We Use Your Personal Information
We collect personal information to provide our services and to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory obligations. This includes:
Providing, processing, maintaining, improving, and developing our services, including delivery, after-sales support, and customer care.
Responding to your questions or requests, such as handling customer inquiries.
Running promotional activities, including sending marketing materials and updates. If you no longer wish to receive certain promotional content, you may opt out through the method indicated in the message (such as an unsubscribe link), unless otherwise required by applicable law. Please also refer to "Your Rights" below.
Delivering personalized services and content. Based on data generated through your use of our services—such as purchase history, browsing history, and search history—we may recommend tailored products, services, and activities. You may opt out of personalized recommendations and object to profiling, including profiling for direct marketing, at any time by contacting us at privacy@kiip.com. Please also refer to "Your Rights" below.
Internal purposes such as data analysis, research, and generating statistical insights to improve our services. For example, machine learning or algorithm training may be conducted only after data has been de-identified.
Storing and maintaining your information for business operations (such as business statistics) or to meet our legal obligations.
Other purposes carried out with your explicit consent.
Below are more detailed examples of how we use your information (which may include personal information):
Processing your orders. Order-related information is used to fulfill your purchase and provide after-sales services, including customer support and re-delivery. Your order number allows us to verify shipments with delivery partners and confirm parcel delivery. Recipient details—name, address, phone number, and postal code—are used strictly for delivery. Your email address is used to send tracking updates, and the list of purchased items is used to generate invoices and confirm parcel contents.
Gathering user feedback. Feedback you choose to share helps KIIP continually improve. To follow up on your feedback, KIIP may contact you using the details you provided and retain records of that correspondence for troubleshooting and service enhancement.
Sending important notices. We may occasionally use your personal information to send essential notifications, such as updates regarding your purchases or changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. Because this information is vital to your relationship with KIIP, we advise against opting out of these communications.
KIIP firmly commits that we will never sell your personal information under any circumstances, and we will never use your personal information for advertising purposes without your consent.

2.7 Other Tracking Technologies
In certain situations, third parties may deploy cookies and related technologies such as web beacons, SSL, and JavaScript on the KIIP website in connection with services like banner advertising, site analytics, and surveys. These parties may collect information about your use of our website (including your device's IP address), which they may store in the United States or elsewhere. Such technologies allow them to serve customized advertising, gauge campaign effectiveness, evaluate how visitors use the KIIP website and other sites, and offer additional services connected to website activity and internet usage. These third parties may also disclose collected information where legally required, or where others process it on their behalf. The services we may use from time to time include Google Analytics and Hubspot:
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. ("Google"). Google Analytics relies on "cookies," which are text files stored on your device, to help analyze how visitors use the site. Information generated by the cookie regarding your use of the website is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Where IP anonymization is enabled on this website, Google will truncate your IP address within an EU member state or other EEA state before transmission to the US. Only in rare cases will your complete IP address be sent to Google servers in the United States and shortened there. Google uses this information to assess your use of the website, prepare activity reports for site operators, and deliver other services related to website activity and internet usage. Google will not link your IP address with any other data it holds. Please note that on this website, Google Analytics has been extended with "gat._anonymizeIp();" to guarantee anonymized IP collection (IP masking). For further details on Google Analytics, please visit Google's information page.
Hubspot supplies a customer relationship management tool that allows us to collect Customer Personal Data along with Program information and Program History in order to onboard and support customers and deliver our Services. Hubspot is self-certified under the US-EU Data Privacy Shield and operates under a Data Processing Addendum with us incorporating EU Standard Contractual Clauses, permitting processing in the United States. Please see Hubspot's Privacy Policy for more details. HubSpot Analytics uses cookies and beacons to measure how long customers and prospective customers remain on our site, which marketing pages they view, which offers they engage with, and each visitor's identity, so that we can refine our educational materials, set up accounts, and deliver the Services. A full description of HubSpot cookies is available on their website, along with the Hubspot Cookie Policy.
Users should understand that KIIP cannot control how advertisers or third parties hosting data on behalf of KIIP use cookies or the information they generate. Additional details, including opt-out instructions, can be found in the privacy policies published on those third parties' own websites.
2.8 How You Can Control Cookies
You can decide whether and how cookies are accepted by adjusting the privacy settings of the browser you use to visit KIIP, or through the privacy settings of your device.
By using this website, you consent to the processing of your data by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above. You retain the right to accept or refuse cookies at any time. Instructions for opting out of Google Analytics are available on Google's website.
By using this website, you consent to the processing of your data by Hubspot in the manner and for the purposes described above. You retain the right to accept or refuse cookies at any time. Instructions for opting out of Hubspot are available on Hubspot's website.
If you prefer not to have information collected through cookies, most browsers offer a straightforward way to decline or accept them. Please be aware, however, that cookies may be required to provide you with certain features (such as personalized content delivery) available on the KIIP website.

Your information may, for instance, be transferred, transmitted, stored, or processed in the United States or other countries outside your place of residence for the purposes described herein. Such data transfers are essential to deliver the services offered by KIIP and to operate and provide our Products to you on a global basis. 3.4 Public Disclosure

Where we have obtained your explicit consent;
Where public disclosure is based on legal or reasonable grounds, including compliance with laws and regulations, legal proceedings, litigation, or requests from competent government authorities.
4.How we store and protect your personal information
4.1 Data Retention
KIIP keeps your personal information only for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, or for the duration required under applicable legal obligations. Once the original purpose of collection has been achieved, once we have verified your request for deletion, or once the related service has been discontinued, we will stop retaining your data and will either delete it or render it anonymous. However, certain personal information processed for purposes of public interest, scientific or historical research, or statistical analysis may be kept by KIIP beyond the standard retention period, provided this is allowed by applicable law or authorized by your request, even where such continued processing differs from the original purpose of collection.
4.2 Security Safeguards
KIIP applies multiple layers of security protection to keep your personal information safe. All user contact details are stored behind protective firewalls and can only be accessed by a small group of authorized personnel with specific access privileges to our production systems. Personal information is stored exclusively in electronic format.
In line with the strictest PCI-DSS requirements, KIIP does not store credit card numbers within our systems. When you make a purchase from KIIP, your payment details are verified and handled by trusted third-party payment processors such as PayPal or 2Checkout (now Verifone). We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies for more details.

5.Your rights
5.1 Managing Your Privacy Settings
KIIP understands that every individual has different expectations when it comes to privacy. For this reason, we offer various tools that allow you to limit how your personal information is collected, used, shared, or processed, and to manage your privacy preferences, such as signing in to or out of your KIIP Account.
If you have previously consented to the use of your personal information for the purposes described above, you may withdraw or modify that consent at any time by reaching out to us at privacy@kiip.com.
5.2 Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Information
Subject to applicable laws and regulations, you are entitled to access, correct, and delete personal information that KIIP holds about you (collectively referred to as "requests").
Under this Privacy Policy, your request must comply with applicable laws and regulations as well as the following conditions:
(1) Requests must be submitted through KIIP's designated request channel and, to safeguard your information security, must be made in writing (unless oral requests are expressly recognized by local law);
(2) You must provide sufficient details to allow KIIP to verify your identity and confirm that you are the data subject or a person lawfully authorized to act on the data subject's behalf.
Once we have received enough information to confirm that your request can be handled, we will respond within the timeframe required by the data protection laws applicable to you.
More specifically:
You have the right to receive clear, transparent, and easily understandable information about how we handle your personal information and about your rights. That is precisely why we provide you with this Privacy Policy.
In accordance with applicable legal requirements, a copy of the personal data we have collected and processed about you will be made available to you free of charge upon request. For additional requests for related information, we may charge a reasonable fee based on actual administrative costs, as permitted by applicable law.
If any information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you are entitled to have it corrected or completed in line with the purpose for which it is used.
As required by applicable laws, you may request the deletion or removal of your personal information where there is no legitimate reason for us to continue processing it. We will evaluate the grounds for your erasure request and take appropriate steps, including technical measures. Even where your request is granted, we may be unable to immediately erase the data from our backup systems due to legal and/or technical constraints. In such cases, we will store your personal information securely and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be permanently deleted or anonymized.
You have the right to object to certain forms of processing, including processing for direct marketing purposes, and in specific situations where the legal basis for processing is our legitimate interests. In particular, under the laws of certain jurisdictions:
You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal information. We will assess the grounds supporting your restriction request. Where the grounds fall under the GDPR, we will only process your personal information in the circumstances permitted by the GDPR and will notify you before any restriction on processing is lifted.
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
You have the right to receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used format and to have it transferred to another data controller. KIIP reserves the right to decline requests that are frivolous or vexatious, that infringe on the privacy rights of others, that are extremely impractical, that would require disproportionate technical effort, or that are not required under local law, as well as requests concerning information that is already publicly available or information provided under confidentiality obligations. Requests to delete or access information may also be declined if we determine that fulfilling them would compromise our ability to lawfully use the information for the anti-fraud and security purposes described above.
5.3 Withdrawing Your Consent
You may withdraw consent you previously granted to us for a specific purpose—including the collection, use, and/or disclosure of your personal information under our possession or control—by submitting a request. Depending on the specific service you are using, you may contact us at privacy@kiip.com. We will handle your request within a reasonable period from the date it was submitted and will thereafter cease collecting, using, and/or disclosing your personal information in accordance with your request. Please be aware that, depending on the scope of your withdrawal, you may no longer be able to enjoy the full range of KIIP's products and services. Withdrawing your consent or authorization will not affect the validity of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to the withdrawal.
5.4 Deleting Your Account
If you wish to close your KIIP Account, please contact us at privacy@kiip.com. Please note that closing your account will prevent you from accessing the full range of KIIP products and services. In certain circumstances, account cancellation may be delayed or restricted.
5.5 Visitors From California
We share personal information in the ways outlined in this Privacy Policy, including by permitting third-party providers of analytics and advertising services to collect information through cookies and similar technologies. We do not consider this a sale of personal information under applicable state law; however, you retain the choices described throughout this Privacy Policy.
You have the right to request that we disclose details about how we collect and use your personal information, and to request access to that information. You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request the deletion of your personal information. We will not charge you different prices or offer differing service quality unless such differences relate to the value of your information or are otherwise permitted by law.
To exercise these rights, you or your authorized agent may reach us using the contact details listed in the CONTACT US section below. Upon receiving your request, we may take steps to verify it by asking for information sufficient to confirm your identity, which may include verifying details about your use of our websites.
